The University of Michigan Dearborn has hosted a Digital Education Day for each of the last four years. Their promotional materials note, “The event includes seminars, panels, and workshops on a variety of popular digital education topics at UM-Dearborn and neighboring institutions.” You can see the kind of sessions they have sponsored at their Hub’s website.
This year UM-D has made a special effort to reach out to Henry Ford College. They changed their original date to avoid our spring break. They have invited HFC faculty to participate on panels. They have invited one of our Faculty Learning Communities to offer a break out session.
Please consider attending all or part of the day this March. Watch for emails from Jeff or Pam with more information.
